If for any reason you need to downgrade your subscription to the limited Tresorit Reader account, please follow the instructions below:
To cancel your Premium subscription sign in to your account and click on <My Account>.
Visit the <Billing tab> and You will see a <Cancel Subscription> link. Click on it to submit your cancellation. It will take you to a short survey where after submitting your cancellation reason, your plan will be terminated at the end of your paid subscription period.
- Business and Solo
You can only cancel a Tresorit for Business subscription if you are the Admin for that account. This action will affect all other accounts in your company’s Business plan. Sign in to a Tresorit and click on <My Account> and visit the <Billing tab>. Select the <Cancel Subscription> link under the <Modify plan> button. It will take you to a 1 minute survey to submit the reason why you decided to cancel. After submitting, your plan will be terminated (from the end of your paid subscription period).
