Do you accept PayPal?
Yes, we introduced PayPal as a payment method in May 2017 for new subscriptions. This means currently those who don't have an active subscription will be able to sign up by selecting PayPal as a payment option.
We are also supporting switching to PayPal as a payment method. If you run into questions or issues with updating your payment method, please contact our support team.
Can I submit my payment via wire transfer?
It is more convenient to add your credit or debit card to your subscription and manage your billing with a click under your account. If, for some reason, this is not an option for you, please contact our support team to set up a wire transfer option. If you wish to purchase a Tresorit for Business account, make sure to specify the Admin of the account in the email.
What currencies do you accept?
Depending on your region, you can pay in Euro (EUR), US Dollar (USD), Swiss Franc (CHF), or British Pound (£).
