If you're a Tresorit subscriber and you need to change your billing information, you can do so by going to the Billing tab of your account. Premium users can update their own billing information any time. In case of Tresorit for Business accounts only the Admin can access and update their company's billing information and credit card details.
Follow these steps to update your credit card details, including credit card address:
- Log into your Tresorit account.
- Click on <My Account >. You can access your Account settings via the Tresorit Web Access too.
- Choose the < Billing > tab and go to the < Billing address >, < Payment method > or the < Promotion code > section.
- Provide a new payment method or edit the already existing one, by correcting you Billing address or updating expired credit card information.
Please note that if you don’t update your payment information before your subscription expires you will be reverted to the limited Reader plan.
