When you sync a folder with Tresorit, certain hidden files won’t be uploaded to the cloud. These are mostly temporary files created by you, or other applications.
Junk files: These temp files are also deleted from your computer when you delete their parent directory from the cloud.
Ignored files: These files won’t be deleted, even if you delete their parent folder from the cloud.

To make sure your files are syncing correctly, please check to see if your computers are connected to the Internet and are linked to the same Tresorit account. If your computers are in sync and you still can’t find your file, then it may have an issue that prevents Tresorit from syncing it.
