As any other business, we may need to share personal data with other services providers that we use in our operation for billing, backup, analytics etc. Access to these systems is regulated by our strict internal security policies (in accordance with ISO 27001) and requires two-step verification.
Our largest third-party provider is Microsoft since Tresorit runs on Microsoft Azure datacenters. Thanks to client-side end-to-end encryption, administrators of these datacenters cannot access your data in an unencrypted form. No one can see the name, content or even the extension of files you store on the cloud. For business intelligence purposes we are using the native platform in Azure (Application Insights) to collect application usage data.
Tresorit is integrated with Zuora and uses the automated, recurring billing and invoicing feature. It is a PCI-compliant service, so all payment method information (for example credit card details), even though passed to the payment providers, are stored neither by Zuora nor by Tresorit.
PayPal.com is an online payments system that supports online money transfers and facilitates payments between parties through online funds transfers. We accept PayPal as a paying option when you purchase a Tresorit subscription.
Authorize.Net is a payment gateway service provider that allows Tresorit to accept credit card payments. Tresorit is PCI compliant, as we never receive nor store credit cards of our customers. Authorize.NET is integrated directly with Zuora.
Similar to Authorize.NET, Stripe is also a payment gateway provider that Tresorit is integrated with through Zuora. Stripe focuses on providing the technical and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems.
Twilio is a cloud communications platform that provides a service to create and receive both phone calls and text messages. Tresorit uses Twilio to send out two-step verification calls and texts.
SendGrid is an email delivery and management service that we use for marketing campaigns and for sending automated emails to customers about transactions and notifications related to the Tresorit app.
Our support desk uses Zendesk. User email addresses and the support tickets are stored in Zendesk. Tresorit is using the support product of Zendesk for tracking, prioritizing and solving customer support tickets. The API Zendesk provides for tracking these requests is integrated both in the support and development processes of Tresorit.
We provide live chat support through Userlike. With your consent, it can also access your email address, so we can cover requests coming in during offline hours.
Tresorit uses Salesforce as a customer relationships management portal. The service provides various processes to help automate the sales and customer relationships management processes of Tresorit.
