Emails are marked as spam for several reasons, if you want to make sure you or the members of your Business Account don’t miss important email notifications please check out the options below.
If you did not receive the verification email please check you Junk/ Spam folder first. If the issue persists:
- Please return to the browser window and resend the email or create verification code.
- If the above solutions did not solve the issue please contact our Support Team.
If you would like to make sure that you receive all important notifications* add email@example.com to the address book of your email client. Pick your email client to see how:

If you are the Admin of a Business Account make sure you take care of whitelisting Tresorit on your company's email domain. This will make the deployment quicker and easier.
