Tresors are secure, encrypted parent folders to the files you store in the cloud. Any local folder on your computer can be turned into a tresor, so there’s no need to change your existing directory structure to sync files.
There are three different ways of creating new tresors: add a new folder to the cloud, drag & drop existing folders, or sync a local folder.
Add a new empty tresor
Create an unsynced tresor where you can upload content. Your new tresor will only be available on the cloud by default, which means that changes you make on your local files won’t sync to the cloud automatically. You can turn sync on at any time.

Drag & Drop existing folders
When you drag and drop one of your local folders to Tresorit, it will automatically sync to the cloud as a tresor. This provides an up-to-date version of your local files to collaborators and your other devices. You can turn sync off any time.
