Using Custom Branding

Make Engage Rooms feel like an extension of your business by applying your logo and brand colors.

• Once set, your logo will automatically appear in all newly created rooms.
• All users in your subscription will see the business branding.
• The subscription owner/admin can update branding anytime via the Admin Center.
• Can rooms use a different logo? No – all rooms inherit the subscription’s logo as configured at the time of their creation.

Room-level personalization

You can tailor each room to reflect your brand identity and enhance user experience across all touchpoints by adding partner logos (avatars) and header images. 

• The header and avatar can vary between rooms.
• Room owners can set and update these design elements at any time.

To customize a room

1. Click the pencil icon, then select Customize to start editing.
2. Background (header): Add an image that matches your brand or project theme. (Recommended size: 1024 x 170 pixels)
3. Logo (avatar): Upload your partner’s logo for better engagement. (Recommended size: 60 x 60 pixels)
4. Color: Choose from preset options or paste a HEX code to create a cohesive visual experience.
5. Click Update to save your changes.

Creating a unique Dashboard

Each room includes a dashboard – a personalized landing page where you can present key information to clients, partners, or collaborators. It’s your opportunity to create a strong first impression and support smooth onboarding and ongoing collaboration.

To create or edit a Dashboard

1. Click the pencil icon to begin editing.
2. Add a welcome message, a project overview, contact information, or collaboration instructions to provide context and improve onboarding. (The dashboard is powered by a rich text editor, allowing you to format text with bold and italics, add headings and structured blocks like bullet points or tables, insert images, and even include emojis.)
3. Click Update to save your changes.

📝Note: If you create a room using a template, the dashboard will include a pre-filled description. Be sure to customize it to suit your specific project needs.
