When you click Show deleted items in a tresor, files, and folders that were previously trashed will become visible. Here, you can see and restore items removed by you or other collaborators, or simply download the latest version of a deleted file to your computer.
How can I search for a deleted file?
In general, the search function only searches the files you have in the cloud and that are not deleted. To search for deleted files too, check the “Show deleted” box before searching for the name of a file or folder.
I moved/renamed some files and the move/rename got interrupted, what can I do?
When you move/rename files or folders in the Tresorit application or Tresorit Drive, the application is initiating a move/rename operation. This can be interrupted if your internet connection drops or you exit Tresorit. In this case, some of the files might be in the original location, while some are in the target location. You can also search for deleted files to see where they are located.
How to restore a single deleted file or folder
File restore is only available for temporarily deleted files and folders in a tresor. Deleted tresors and permanently deleted items cannot be restored.

How to restore a multiple files or folders
If a large number of files were accidentally deleted you can easily restore them by setting a target timeframe for this action.
🏆 Pro tip: If you wish to restore all the deleted data that has ever been deleted in the selected Tresor you may choose a date which can guarantee this functionality.
