In Tresorit, you have full control over who can see and edit your content in the cloud, and you can decide to withdraw access to your files and folders anytime.
How to remove a member
When you remove a member from a tresor, they will no longer have access to files stored in the cloud, which means that new changes and updates won’t sync on their computer either. However, this action does not have any effect on files already synced or downloaded to the user’s devices.

- Select the tresor.
- Click Sharing and Members on the right.
- Select the user you wish to remove.
- Click the icon on the right.
- Click Remove.
- Select the tresor.
- Click Sharing and Members on the right.
- Select the user you wish to remove.
- Click the icon on the right.
- Click Remove.
- Open Tresorit.
- Scroll down to the tresor.
- Tap the arrow icon on the right.
- Select Share from the list of actions.
- Tap on a Member's name.
- Tap Remove User.
- Tap Remove on the pop-up to confirm.
- Open Tresorit.
- Scroll down to the tresor.
- Tap the three dots on the right.
- Select Share from the list of actions.
- Tap thethree dots next to the member's name.
- Tap Remove.
- Tap Remove on the pop-up to confirm.
- Open Web Access.
- Navigate to your tresors list.
- Select the tresor.
- Click See Members on the right.
- Select the user you wish to remove.
- Click the icon on the right.
- Click Remove user to confirm.
