Limits and restrictions
When using Tresorit Send, the following restrictions will apply to you:
- Uploaded files can’t exceed 5 GB
- You can only upload 5 GB in total at once
- You can upload up to 100 files at a time
- Shared files can only be downloaded 10 times
📝 Note: Unfortunately, Tresorit Send is not available in Internet Explorer.
Availability
Your links will be available for 7 days, then your files will be deleted from our servers automatically.
