With File Requests, you can collect and receive items in a secure environment, even if the other person doesn’t have a Tresorit account. All uploaded items get encrypted on the uploaders’ device and saved to the cloud.
- We’ll compress folders in the background before uploading
(This limit depends on your browser and your device) - You’ll need to add folders individually
- Each folder will be received as a separate zip file
- The total size of items cannot exceed 5GB

How it works
- 1. Create a file request
- 2. Upload items
- 3. Review received items
You can create a file request to any folder where you have editing rights. Once you add a title and adjust the expiry date (optional), Tresorit will generate a link that you can share with others. Make sure you use a secure channel to share it!

After clicking the File Request link, the uploader can add their items and their email address. There’s no need for them to download or install any plugins or add-ons, to sign in, or even to have a Tresorit account.

You will receive an email when someone adds news items to your link. Manage received files through your
