Subscription owners on paid plans can switch between plans. You can also increase the number of licenses and invite new members to the subscription whenever you need to.
📝 Note: If you are paying for your subscription through wire transfer, changes will become effective from the next billing period. In case you want to increase the number of users in your subscription, contact our support team.
How to upgrade your plan
If you are not on a trial and the upgrade costs more than your current plan, you will be charged immediately after you confirm the changes.
- Head to your Admin Center or Web Access.
- Navigate to Billing.
- Under Plan details, click Modify plan.
- Head to Plan type, then click Change.
- Click Compare features to read more about the packages.
- After choosing your new plan, click Upgrade.
