- No trial period was used: The guarantee applies only to direct purchases.
- Request is submitted within the allowed timeframe:
- Non-EU customers: Claim within 7 days of purchase.
- EU customers: Claim within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with the EU Directive on Consumer Rights.
ℹ️ Expired trials converted into paid subscriptions are non-refundable (per Clause 16.1 of our Terms of Service). You can cancel anytime to prevent future renewals.
