When your payment is due, we will send an invoice with the purchase information to your email address. You can also access your invoice history in the Admin Center, under the Billing tab.
We aim to make our invoices clear and transparent, listing everything you are paying for. Your invoice will vary depending on your plan, number of users, active discounts or promotions and taxing regulations in your location.
How to view and download invoices
- Open your Admin Center.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Scroll down to Billing information.
- Open or download invoices from the history.
How much tax am I being charged?
The amount of tax we charge varies based on where you are located. We apply the tax-rate based on the company address found in your billing info.
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Please update your billing info with your VAT number. If your company is located in an EU member state, the local VAT will be applied on purchases you make in Tresorit.
Companies with a billing address from the United States won’t be charged VAT.
Please update your billing info with your VAT number. Companies located in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are charged a 7.7% VAT.
If your billing address is outside of the EU, Switzerland or Lichtenstein, you won’t be charged VAT.
Why is my invoice in English?
Due to the limitations in our accounting system, automated invoices are only available in English for now.
