When your payment is due, we will send an invoice with the purchase information to your email address. You can also access your invoice history in the Admin Center/Account Portal, under the Billing tab.
We aim to make our invoices clear and transparent, listing everything you are paying for. Your invoice will vary depending on your plan, number of users, active discounts or promotions and taxing regulations in your location.
How to view and download invoices
- Open your Admin Center/Account Portal.
- Navigate to the Billing tab.
- Scroll down to Billing information.
- Open or download invoices from the history.
How much tax am I being charged?
Taxes are calculated at the time your invoice is generated. If you are within a jurisdiction where we must charge taxes, you will see the tax as a line item on invoice. For more information, please read our Terms of Service.
- Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Please update your billing info with your VAT number. If your company is located in an EU member state, the local VAT will be applied on purchases you make in Tresorit based on the 2006/112/EC directive (for businesses article 196. gives more information).
Companies with a billing address from the United States won’t be charged VAT.
Please update your billing info with your VAT number. Companies located in Switzerland and Liechtenstein are charged a 7.7% VAT.
If your billing address is outside of the EU, Switzerland or Lichtenstein, you won’t be charged VAT.
Why is my invoice in English?
Due to the limitations in our accounting system, automated invoices are only available in English for now.
