Does Tresorit have a money back guarantee?
If you are not sure Tresorit will fit your needs, you can subscribe for a 14-day free trial. You can also choose to buy Tresorit directly. In this case you can contact support@tresorit.com to claim a refund within 7 days from the purchase.
I have subscribed for a free trial which has been expired and I have been charged for the first subscription period. Can I get my money back?
After the Trial period, you can cancel your Tresorit subscription in accordance with Clause 16.1 of our Terms of Service, but you will not receive a refund.
How do I claim a refund?
Personal & Professional plans: contact support@tresorit.com within 7 days from the purchase
Business plans: reach out to your contact person / team (you can find the contact details in the Admin Center)
I am a consumer from the EU. Do I have the right for refund within 14 days?
If you choose "Buy now" instead of "Try for free", you can claim a refund if you cancel your Personal or Professional plan within 14 days of your purchase, in accordance with the EU directive on consumer rights.
