When you need to share a tresor with a team or department, you can invite everyone in one batch by copying and pasting the contact group to your invite (instead of adding them one-by-one). This feature is available on Outlook for desktop on Windows and Mac.
How to invite an Outlook group to a tresor
- Windows
- Mac
- Open Outlook on your desktop.
- Enter a group name.
- Click the plus icon to expand the list.
- You may receive a notification here, click OK to continue.
- Select the list with CTRL + A.
- Hit CTRL + C.
- Open Tresorit.
- Navigate to your tresors list.
- Right-click the tresor you wish to share.
- Click Share.
- Click -ikon- Invite Members.
- Paste the emails addresses.
- Select a permission from the dropdown,
- Click Send invitation.
- Open Outlook on your desktop.
- Enter a group name.
- Click the plus icon to expand the list.
- You may receive a notification here, click OK to continue.
- Select the list with CTRL + A.
- Hit CTRL + C.
- Open Tresorit.
- Navigate to your tresors list.
- Right-click the tresor you wish to share.
- Click Sharing and members
- Click Invite Members.
- Paste the emails addresses.
- Select a permission from the dropdown,
- Click Send invitation.
