The admin link is a unique control link that comes with every Tresorit Send upload. It allows you to verify your email address, track when your link is opened, enable notifications, and revoke access if needed.
Verify your email address
You don't need an account to use Tresorit Send. However, the first time you open the admin link, your email address will be verified. Each link is independent, which means every new link requires its own verification.
âšī¸ Your email address is automatically deleted from our system 14 days after the link expires.
Review events
Through the admin link, you can see when your link has been opened.
Receive download notifications
If you didn't enable email notifications during link creation, you can do that in your admin link â just toggle the Email notification option.
Suspend your email address
If your email address has been misused, or if you simply want to block it from being used with Tresorit Send:
- Open the confirmation email you received when the link was created.
- Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the suspension link.
- Confirm that you want to suspend the email address.
Once suspended:
- Any active links associated with that email will be revoked immediately.
- The email address will be blocked in Tresorit Send and cannot be used to create new links.
- You will receive an automatic email with an Unsuspend email link â click it if you want to restore the address.
