To get started with Tresorit, you need an account and a subscription (also called a plan). Your account secures your data with end-to-end encryption, while your subscription determines your storage capacity and available features.
1. Choose a plan
- Go to the Tresorit pricing page.
- Select the plan that best fits your needs (for personal or business use).
- Click Buy now for an immediate subscription, or Try for free to start a trial.
2. Checkout and account creation
- Enter your personal details and click Continue to checkout.
Use a valid email address. You will need it for account verification and security notices. - Enter your billing information and click Finish checkout.
If you selected a free trial, you won't be charged during registration. - Create a strong password following the on-screen criteria.
- Confirm your password and click Create account.
3. Verify your email
- Open the welcome email sent by Tresorit.
- Click VERIFY EMAIL.
- Then click Get started to access your new account.
Signing up with a work email
If your company has registered its email domain with Tresorit:
- You may need an invitation from the subscription admin to join using your work email.
- If you don't have an invitation, you can create an account using a personal email address instead.
