Tresorit offers a 14-day free trial for Personal, Professional, and Business plans. During the trial, you can test the features of the selected plan in a real environment.
To start a trial, go to our website, select a subscription, and complete the sign-up process.
- No charges apply during the 14-day trial period.
- You can cancel at any time before the trial ends.
ℹ️ Existing Tresorit users can also start a trial. An account can have a maximum of two trial periods.
After the trial ends
If you don't cancel or change your plan before the trial expires:
- The trial automatically converts into a paid subscription.
- You'll be charged based on the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Cancel a trial
You can cancel your trial at any time during its term. After cancellation:
- You won't be charged.
- Your Tresorit account is downgraded to a free Basic plan.
ℹ️ If you want to keep your trial until it expires, contact us and we'll cancel it for you.
