Where can I access domain policies?
As a Business user, you may find that your admin required further steps for better account security or has restricted certain features or devices.
Tresorit for Business gives a higher level of control to businesses and content owners, which means that admins can set up the following rules:
- Make 2-Step Verification required
- Define allowed devices
- Set IP filtering and session control
- Disable sharing with link, automatic sign-in and shared contacts
- Disable tresor creation, sharing or synchronization
Contact an admin to learn what restrictions apply to you.
Will admins have access to files and documents stored in my tresors?
By default, Tresorit’s zero-knowledge technology guarantees that admins can’t peek into the content of your tresors. They can only access usage stats, track used devices, set up company policies and manage billing. Unless you invite them to a shared tresor, they won’t have access to any of your files.
If your company has Advanced Control switched on, admins will have the right to reset passwords and remove devices from the account of their Business users.
Can I connect personal and work Tresorit accounts?
Tresorit does not support connecting personal and work accounts for security reasons. We recommend setting up two accounts so you can manage both separately. If you received an invitation to a wrong email address, ask an Admin to reassign the license to the right one.
