Your Tresorit password is the key to your data. It never leaves your device, which means only you can decrypt your files. For privacy and security reasons, Tresorit does not store passwords on its servers. If you forget your password, it cannot be recovered – you will need to reset your account.
You can recover your password only if:
- you are still logged in to your Tresorit account on one of your devices
- OR you are part of a Business subscription with Advanced Control enabled.
