If Advanced Control is enabled and the policy has been accepted, the Owner and Co-owner can reset user passwords.
- Open
Users in your Admin Center.
- Hover over the user whose password you want to reset.
- Click the gear icon
on the right.
- Select Reset password.
- Click Next.
- Enter your own password and click Confirm.
- A temporary password will be generated. Copy it to your clipboard.
- Click Change password to finalize.
- Share the temporary password with the user through a secure channel. Remind them to update their password at their next login.
