Business admins can suspend, remove, or permanently delete user accounts. Deletion fully removes the account and all its data from Tresorit, frees up one license, and cannot be undone. If access is needed later, the person must create a new account and be re-invited to the subscription.

Prevent data loss
When an account is deleted, any folders owned by that user are removed as well. To avoid losing important content, download it or transfer ownership to another user beforehand.
With Advanced Control enabled, Owners and Co-owners can use folder takeover to speed up transfers.
Shared links and file requests created by the user remain active under their original settings as long as the destination folder still exists.
- Open
Users in your Admin Center.
- Hover over the user you want to delete.
- Click the gear icon
on the right.
- Select Delete.

Choose Delete uses's account.
ℹ️ If Advanced Control is enabled, decide whether to transfer the user's folders or delete them.
- Click Continue.
- Enter your password.
- Click Confirm.
