Remote wipe helps you protect company data if a device is lost, stolen, or compromised. As the subscription owner or admin, you can remotely delete synced data from a user's device. The wipe takes effect immediately the next time Tresorit goes online on that device.
- Open
Users in your Admin Center.
- Click the name of the user.
- Go to the Devices tab.
- Hover over the device you want to remove.
- Click Unlink.
- Select the option Delete synced files from this device.
- Confirm with Unlink.
