Remote wipe is a useful security feature that helps you keep control over your data when a device is lost or stolen. As the Subscription Owner, you can remote wipe data from user devices directly from the Admin Center. Once you’re done, the next time the app gets online, all synced data and offline folders will be deleted from the device.
- Open Web Access.
- Navigate to the Users tab.
- Click in a user's name.
- Navigate to the Devices tab.
- Hover over a device on the list.
- Click Unlink.
- Check the box.
- Click Unlink & delete.
