User roles define what each member can do in the subscription.
ℹ️ User roles are different from folder permissions – the latter apply to content access only.
Subscription Owner: Full administrative control over billing, licenses, security policies, and integrations.
Co-Owner (only for Business Pro and Enterprise): User management, account deletion and password resets (with Advanced Control enabled), but cannot manage billing.
Co-Admin: Day-to-day user and policy management, without access to billing and licenses.
User: Regular member with no access to subscription administration or the Admin Center.

Invite members
Admins can invite people to join the subscription. Inviting members requires available licenses (also called seats). If you need more licenses, the subscription Owner can add them first.
ℹ️ Turn on Advanced Control before sending invitations to enforce company policies during user setup.
- Open
Users in your Admin Center.
- Click Invite users.
- Enter email addresses or import a CSV file.
- Click Send invitation.
Invitees appear as Pending in the user list until they accept the invitation and complete setup.
