Keeping your Tresorit app up to date is important, as releases include security improvements. When you are logged in, the app updates automatically to the latest available version by default.
If this doesn't happen (for example, due to system restrictions, antivirus blocking, or an obsolete version), you can update it manually.

- Go to the Tresorit download page.
- Download the latest version.
- Run the installer. It will overwrite the existing version on your device.
- Open Tresorit and sign in again if needed.
- Check that everything works properly.
ℹ️ The existing app shortcut may point to the old version. If so, replace it with the shortcut created by the new installation.
