We support organizations committed to the common good with a discounted Tresorit subscription. Qualified organizations receive a 50% discount on the Tresorit Business plan.
Eligibility
To qualify for the nonprofit (NGO) discount, your organization must:
- Be a nonprofit or voluntary citizens' group operating at a local, national, or international level.
- Be independent of government and not a for-profit business.
- Have a clearly defined charitable or philanthropic mission that benefits its community.
Non-eligible organizations
The following organizations are not eligible:
- Schools, colleges, and trade schools
- Credit unions
- Sports organizations
- Government agencies
- Loan and credit reporting organizations
- Political organizations and political advocacy groups
- Employee and membership benefit organizations
- Medical institutions, hospitals, and medical groups
- Religious organizations, unless they have a clearly defined secular community entity
Application process
- Subscribe to a Business yearly plan using the link below.

During sign-up, upload valid documentation confirming your nonprofit or charitable status (issued by the IRS, BZSt, HMRC, or another local tax authority).
- You can test Tresorit for 14 days during the review period. If approved, the discount is applied within five working days. Your first invoice will already include the 50% discount.
Program limits
- One discounted product per organization, for the lifetime of the organization.
- The program is available worldwide, subject to eligibility and documentation.
Anti-discrimination policy
Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible.
Applicants must confirm that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds.
Existing customers
Organizations with active paid Tresorit subscriptions cannot use this program to renew them. For exceptions or questions, please contact us.
Additional terms
- Participation requires acceptance of the Tresorit Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- Recipient organizations must be willing to contribute to a case study or testimonial and agree to become a public Tresorit reference.
- Subscriptions are granted only to organizations, not individuals.
- Subscriptions cannot be transferred or resold.
- Tresorit reserves the right to delegate program administration, including due diligence and renewals, to a third party.
