Tresorit keeps snapshots of all changes made to files in your tresors - this is called Version history. Even those who run a digitally well-organized office may face a situation when they need an earlier version of a document that was lost in the review cycles.
Whenever you make changes to your file, or overwrite it with a new version, Tresorit will store the older version on the cloud, ensuring that no data will get lost. Every member of a shared tresor can access the full version history of a file without an upper limit.
Download previous file versions
- Windows
- Mac

- Android
- Open Tresorit.
- Navigate to your Tresors tab.
- Right-click a file.
- Click
See Versions on the right panel.
- You will see a list of earlier file versions with the date of editing and the name of the member who made changes.
- Click the
three dots right of the version you need.
- Click Download.
- Open Tresorit.
- Navigate to your Tresors tab.

- Tap See versions.

- Tap Export.
