If you are not receiving emails from Tresorit, follow the troubleshooting steps below.
Verification email missing
If you haven't received the verification email after signing up:
- Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, or other filtered folders.
- Make sure you entered the correct email address during signup.
- Try sending the verification email again.
- Check whether you can receive emails from other senders.
- Add team@tresorit.com to your contacts or safe sender list.
- If your organization manages your email account, ask your IT admin to allow emails from @tresorit.com.
If the issue persists, contact us.
Other Tresorit emails missing
Affected emails include:
- two-factor authentication codes (2FA)
- security alerts
- app notifications
- billing notifications
- product updates
Check your Tresorit notification settings
Open your Tresorit Profile and verify which email notifications are enabled.
- We recommend keeping Security Alerts and App notifications enabled at all times.
ℹ️ If you have a subscription, Billing notifications cannot be turned off.
Check your inbox folders
Emails may appear in:
- Spam/Junk
- Promotions
- Social
- Focused Inbox
- Other
- Custom mail filters or rules
Add Tresorit to your safe sender list
Add team@tresorit.com to your contacts or safe sender list to reduce the chance of messages being filtered.
Allow Tresorit emails
If you use a company-managed email address, your organization may block incoming emails.
- Ask your IT admin to allow emails from @tresorit.com.
