When you create a folder, you automatically become its Owner. Owners have full control over the folder's contents and settings, including the ability to:
- Edit, delete, and share files and subfolders
- Invite or remove members
- Delete the entire folder
If needed, you can transfer ownership to another member. After transferring ownership:
- The new owner receives an email notification confirming the change.
- Your role changes to Manager; you can edit, share, and delete content, but you can no longer delete the folder – only leave it.
