Editing badges help prevent conflict files in shared folders by showing other members when someone is editing a file.
- This feature is enabled by default and requires no additional setup.
- The badge does not lock files. Other folder members see a warning when they try to open a marked file, but they can still edit it. Whoever saves their changes first updates the original file. Changes saved later by other users are stored as conflict files.
