Check your total trash size and free up storage space by removing temporarily deleted items.
You can empty your trash all at once, clean up folders individually, or review items one by one before deleting them to ensure nothing important is lost.
- Any folder member with the appropriate permissions can permanently delete items.
- If you clean up a shared folder, deleted items are permanently removed for all folder members.
- For business subscriptions, permanent deletion must be enabled by policy.

- Open the desktop app.
- Go to Application settings → Account.
- Click Remove next to deleted items.

Clean up folders
To clean up a specific folder, open the main folder's menu and select Remove deleted items.
You can also review and remove items individually:
- Enable Show deleted.
- Deleted items appear in grey.
- Open the item's menu and select
Delete permanently.
