Add an extra layer of security to your shared links by restricting access to selected users. Only intended recipients can open the link, making this ideal for sharing sensitive content with partners or clients outside your organization.
When creating a shared link, you can limit access to:
- specific email addresses or email domains, or
- members of your organization's Tresorit subscription.
ℹ️ Once the link is created, these settings can't be changed - unless detailed access logs and email verification were enabled during link creation.
- Only allowed users
- Only members of your organization's Tresorit subscription
- Create a link.
- Click the access permissions dropdown under the link.
- Select Allowed users only.
- Enter the email addresses or email domains of your recipients.
- Click Add to allowed users to confirm.
To modify the list, click Manage users.

- Select Only members of your organization's Tresorit subscription.
