Add an extra layer of security to your shared links by limiting access to selected users only. With this feature, only the intended recipients are able to access your content, so it’s especially useful when working on sensitive matters with partners and clients outside your organization.
When creating a shared link, you can choose to grant access to permitted email addresses or email domains only. You can also limit access to your organization’s Tresorit account.
How it works
- Set allowed users individually
- Set allowed users to your organization’s Tresorit account
- Create a shared link.
- Click the access permissions dropdown under the link field.

Select Allowed users only and enter the email addresses or email domains of your recipients.
- If you need to add or remove users from this list, click Manage users.
- Create a shared link.
- Click the access permissions dropdown under the link field.

Select Only members in your organization’s Tresorit account can access.
