Is the signing workflow integrated into the Tresorit workflow like in case of Tresorit eSign?
No, by purchasing the bundle offer you get access to two separate services. Store and share your documents securely in Tresorit and easily sign them with SwissID Sign. We recommend saving all signed documents to your secure Tresorit storage, as SwissID Sign stores documents only for a short period of time.
What type of electronic signature comes with the SwissID Sign solution?
By signing up for the bundle you get access to qualified electronic signatures (QES). A QES is equivalent to a handwritten signature (Art. 14 (2)bis of the Swiss Code of Obligations) and is recognized at the highest levels. Thus it can be used for all business processes that do not require certification by a notary.

Is SwissID Sign secure?
You determine who may know what about you and when. In order to guarantee this, SwissID differentiates between different trust levels. They enable you to decide which data you want to disclose to whom. You can also withdraw approvals at any time. SwissID Sign is not end-to-end encrypted.
How do I get access to my SwissID Sign subscription?
Once you purchase the bundle offer, you will receive an invitation email from SwissID Sign to join a signing room as a manager. You can access signature quota and manage documents, signature requests and signatories via this signing room. Please note that your signature quota will not apply to documents created in other signing rooms.
