Tresorit Engage is an end-to-end encrypted platform for managing external projects, sharing confidential files, and collaborating with clients or partners.

Key capabilities:

• Upload and exchange files
• Edit documents
• Create, manage, and comment on notes or tasks
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress
• Collect digital signatures

Engage rooms

Engage rooms are secure workspaces used for one-time transactions or ongoing collaboration.

Each room is also displayed as a main folder in SecureCloud (under Engage document folders) so you can view and manage it alongside your other cloud content.

Requirements

• An active Engage license (Subscription owners can purchase and assign licenses.)
• Folder creation enabled in your subscription policies

Create a new room

1. Open    Engage Rooms.
2. Click    New.
3. Customize your room settings.

ℹ️ You can use templates to set up new rooms faster.

Duplicate an existing room

1. Click the three dots    on the room.
2. Select Duplicate.
3. Edit the name if needed, then click Advanced to choose what to include.
4. Click Duplicate to confirm.

Delete a room

• Only the Owner can delete a room. Other members will only see the Leave option.
• Room deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Back up any important data before proceeding.

1. Click the three dots    on the room.
2. Select Delete.
3. Click Delete room to confirm.
