Use custom branding
Apply your organization's logo and brand colors in your subscription settings to give Engage rooms a professional, unified appearance. Once set, branding automatically syncs with Engage.
- Subscription owners and admins can modify branding at any time.
- All rooms display the same logo - individual room logos are not supported.
Personalize your rooms
Each room can be customized to reflect your brand identity and enhance the overall user experience. Tailor visuals and layout elements to make collaboration spaces look and feel aligned with your organization.
Name
Give each room a clear, descriptive name to set the tone and help participants identify its purpose.
- Click the three dots
on the right.
- Select Rename.
- Type the name.
- Click Rename to save.
Color
Choose a color for the room to create a cohesive visual experience.
- Click the three dots
- Select Change color.
- Choose from the preset palette or enter a HEX code.
- Click Save changes.
Cover
Add a cover image to reflect your brand or project theme.
- Click
Add cover.
- Select an image from your device or Tresorit cloud (recommended size: 1024 × 170 pixels).
- Adjust the image within the frame.
- Click Save changes.
Avatar
Upload a partner or client logo (avatar) to improve recognition and engagement.
- Hover over the logo area on the left.
- When it expands, click the
- Select an image from your device or Tresorit cloud (recommended size: 60 × 60 pixels).
- Click Save changes.
Home page
The Home page (dashboard) serves as the main landing area for your room, where you can share key information, introductions, or project overviews.
- Click Edit page (or the pencil icon
) to begin.
- Use the editor to add text, apply formatting, and insert visuals or tables.
- Click Update to save your changes.
ℹ️ Rooms created from templates include a pre-filled description. Customize it to fit your project needs.
