Room-level configurations help you create the Engage rooms you need. Each room can be set up from scratch or adjusted as your project changes.
- If you set your organization's logo and colors in your Tresorit subscription, they automatically sync with Engage.
- The same subscription logo is used across all rooms and cannot be changed for individual rooms.

Give the room a clear, descriptive name to make it easy to recognize.
- Click the three dots
on the right.
- Select Rename.
- Enter the new name.
- Click Rename to save the changes.
Upload an avatar, such as a client or partner logo, to help identify the room.
- Hover over the logo area on the left.
- Click the
icon.
- Select an image from your device or Tresorit cloud (recommended size: 60 × 60 pixels).
- Click Save changes.
Add a cover image to represent your brand or project.
- Hover over the cover area.
- Click
- Select an image from your device or Tresorit cloud (recommended size: 1024 × 170 pixels).
- Adjust the image within the frame.
- Click Save changes.
Select a matching color to make the room easier to distinguish.
- Click the three dots
- Select Change color.
- Choose from the preset palette or enter a HEX code.
- Click Save changes.
Include key information, introductions, or project overviews on the Home page (dashboard).
- Click Edit page or the pencil icon

- Use the editor to add text, apply formatting, or insert visuals and tables.
- Click Update to save your changes.
