Engage rooms

Engage rooms are secure, encrypted workspaces designed for both one-time transactions and ongoing collaboration with clients and partners.

Requirements

• You need an Engage license. Subscription owners can purchase and assign licenses – if you're a member of a business subscription, contact your admin.
• Folder creation must be enabled in the subscription policy.

Create a new room

1. Open    Engage Rooms.
2. Click    New.
3. Customize your room.

ℹ️ You can use templates to speed up room creation and reuse existing setups.

Duplicate an existing room

1. Open    Engage Rooms.
2. Click the three dots    in the lower-right corner of the room you want to duplicate.
3. Select Duplicate.
4. Click Advanced, and choose which elements to include.
5. Confirm by clicking Duplicate.

Delete a room

1. Open    Engage Rooms.
2. Hover over the room you want to remove.
3. Click the three dots    in the lower-right corner.
4. Select Delete.
5. Confirm by clicking Continue.

⚠️ Deleted rooms cannot be recovered. Please back up any important data before deleting.
