Comment on tasks and pages to clarify requirements, address issues, and keep all related communication in one place.

Before you begin

Comment threads have two levels: root comments and replies.
Users can edit only their own comments.
Users can delete their own comments and replies; Owners and Managers can delete any comment or reply in the room.
Deleting a root comment doesn't remove its thread.

New comments: to the page/task creator and assignees, and the room Owner and Managers
Replies: to the comment creator
Thread activity: to everyone in the thread
Mentions: to the mentioned room member

ℹ️ All task types are supported.

Open a task.
Click the icon in the upper-right corner.
Add a new comment or reply to an existing thread.
- To mention a room member, click @ and select their name.
Click Comment to send (or use Ctrl/Cmd+Enter).

Tasks with open comments show the icon with the count in the task list.

Open a page.
Click the icon in the upper-right corner.
Add a new comment or reply to an existing thread.
- To mention a room member, click @ and select their name.
Click Comment to send (or use Ctrl/Cmd+Enter).

Pages with open comments show the icon with the count in the page list.

Click the checkmark next to a comment to mark it as resolved.

ℹ️ To resolve all comments at once, select Mark all as resolved.

To view resolved comments, click the three dots next to Comments and select Show resolved. Resolved comments are read-only.

Click the three dots next to a resolved comment and select Reopen thread to continue the discussion.

Hover over a comment and click the three dots to:

Copy Link – Share a direct link to the comment or reply.

Edit – Edit your own comment.

Delete – Delete an entire comment thread or a reply.
