Activity and Recents

Track file events across all your folders and Engage rooms.  Activity displays events within a single main folder, while    Recents gives an overview of all folders you have access to.

Activity

• Available in the desktop and mobile apps.
• Records all events performed by members within a main folder (including Engage rooms).
• Events are listed in chronological order.
• History length depends on your subscription type.
• The activity log can be exported as a CSV file.

Engage rooms

Room Owners and Managers can access the activity log directly in Engage to monitor team collaboration and interactions.

1. Open    Engage Rooms.
2. Click the three dots    on the room.
3. Select Activity log.
4. The full activity history opens in a pop-up window and tracks:
   • Date – Timestamp of the event
   • User – Name of the room member who performed the action
   • Activity – The specific action
     Task actions – Expand the entry to see previous and new status details.

Activity filters

Filtering is available only for    Activity in the desktop app.

Recents

• Available only in the desktop app.
• Lists file activity across all main folders (including Engage rooms) you have access to.
• Events are shown in chronological order and can be filtered.
• History length depends on your subscription type.

ℹ️ Deleted main folders don't generate events; only their contents are listed.

Filter events

You can filter folder and activity types to narrow down your results.

• Select at least one option from both filters.
• The app remembers your selection.

1. Go to the    Recents tab.
2. At the top of the screen:
   • Click Folder and select the main folders you want to include.
   • Click Activity for the event types you want to display.
3. Confirm by clicking Done.
