When you sync a local folder with Tresorit, some files won't be uploaded to the cloud. These are usually files in use by other applications, such as hidden, temporary, or database files. If you notice files missing, check whether they fall into one of these categories.
Tresorit also cannot sync shortcuts or files with invalid characters in their names.
Junk files
These temporary files are excluded from sync. If you delete their parent folder from the cloud, they'll also be removed from your computer.
