It's time to expand your team! As an admin, you can invite new users to join your subscription. Check the number of available licenses on the bottom left of your Admin Center.
If you have 0 licenses left, modify your plan to get more.
How to upgrade the number of licenses
You need a Subscription Owner role to proceed.
- Head to your Admin Center.
- Navigate to Billing.
- Click Modify plan.
- Increase the number of users.
- Click apply changes.
How to invite users
If you are inviting users for the first time, consider turning Advanced Control on first. This way users will be required to accept company policies right after they finish signing up.
- Open Admin Center.
- Navigate to Users.
- Click Add new users.
- Enter email addresses or import a list from a CSV file.
Invitees will appear on your list as pending users. Their status will change to active after they’ve accepted the invitation and signed up an account.
