Tresorit provides two ways to track file events. Activity displays events within a single main folder, while
Recents gives an overview across all folders you have access to.
Activity
- Accessible in the Tresorit desktop and mobile apps.
- Records all events performed by members within a main folder.
- Events are listed in chronological order.
- History length depends on your subscription type.
- The activity log can be exported as a CSV file.

- Click All activity to select a specific action.
- Click Everyone to switch between all members and yourself.

Recents
- Available only in the Tresorit desktop app.
- Lists file activity across all folders you have access to.
- Events are shown in chronological order and can be filtered.

ℹ️ Deleting a main folder doesn't create a separate event; only its contents are listed.
Filter activities
You can filter folder and activity types to narrow the results.
- To display results, select at least one option from both filters.
- The app remembers the selected filters.
- Go to the
Recents tab.
- On top of the page:
- Click Folder and select the folders you want to include.
- Click Activity and select the activity types you want to display.
- Click Done to confirm.
